Shipping & Delivery
All orders which are in stock ship within 3 business days of your order. You will be notified if there are unusual circumstances which hinder or alter your shipment. If you need your order to be shipped overnight for next day delivery it must be placed by 11am (MST). If you place your order after this time it will be shipped out the following business day.
Privacy & Security
Here at Desert Rose Trading your privacy and security with our website is of the utmost importance to us. We only use your information to process your order. We seek to ensure that your personal and payment information is secure and your privacy is respected. Returns & Repairs
All returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized within 30 days of placing the order. All returned goods must be accompanied by a return authorization form as well as your original receipt. Please refer to the "Returns & Repairs" link if you need an authorization form.
We can only repair jewelry that is made by Desert Rose Trading. We do not accept special orders nor do we alter our designs. Repairs must be pre-authorized and be accompanied by a repair authorization form as well as your original receipt. All repairs begin with an initial flat $25 fee which will include shipping charges to return the repair. You will be notified if your repair will have additional costs. Please allow at least 2 weeks for your repair to be processed and returned to you. Please click the "Returns & Repairs" link if you need an authorization form.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs with returns, repairs or exchanges. We ask that you insure and obtain a tracking number from any of the shipping carriers you use. Desert Rose Trading is not responsible for packages that do not have tracking.

Payment
Payment is due in full when you place your order. We accept Visa, MaserCard, American Express, Discover.
Viewing Orders
Once your have placed an order with Desert Rose Trading, your “My Account” section will allow you to view your past orders, place reorders, check the satus of orders, and mange your account information.
Updating Account Information
You can update all account information in the “My Account” section of the website. At any time your can change your password, change your address, update your payment information, etc.
