If you would like to place an order please use the prompts at the top of the page to create an account. There you will be able to view your order, track your order and create a wishlist for future orders. All orders ship within 5 days of placing your order.  If you need a rush shipment your order will need to placed order before 11am for it to go out same day.  You will be notified if there may be unusual circumstances which could hinder your order.

DRT Web Exclusives

We love being able to offer new and different items.  Each of these exclusives are truly one of a kind.  With that, we cannot replace items if they are lost or if they need repair.

Please click the "Returns & Repairs" link if you need to request an authorization form.  Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs with returns, repairs or exchanges. We ask that you insure and obtain a tracking number from any of the shipping carriers you use. Desert Rose Trading is not responsible for packages that do not have tracking.
